Wearing many hats in hospitality — bartender, educator, storyteller, cultural translator — but at the root of it all, I’ve always been building the same thing: a world where hospitality has more soul, more strategy, and more representation.

I’m Tiffanie Barriere — also known as The Drinking Coach. My work has taken me from behind the bar to global stages, magazine pages, classrooms, distilleries, and some of the world’s most respected spirits competitions. I’ve judged, taught, created, and poured with purpose. I’ve earned honors like the Visionary Award from Tales of the Cocktail and Bartender of the Year — not for just making drinks, but for bringing culture, history, and storytelling to the glass.
